You have more than one user classification on your parcel, for example: - you have non-irrigated rangeland AND you use groundwater on another portion of your property - you have non-irrigated rangeland AND you use surface water or receive water from a water provider on another portion of your property - you use both groundwater and surface water on different areas of your parcel
